11th Annual Texas Masters of Fine Art and Craft Invitational Exhibition to be held Memorial Day weekend in Kerrville Nearly two dozen of Texas? finest professional artists and craftspeople will exhibit their work during the 11th Annual Texas Masters of Fine Art and Craft invitational show Memorial Day weekend at the famed Y.O. Ranch in Kerrville. The Texas Masters show will be in three of the resort?s ballrooms May 23-25. Admission is free to the show, which opens at 10 a.m. each day, closing at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. on Sunday. The public is invited to a reception from 2 until 4 p.m. on opening day. Exhibitors are carefully chosen from throughout Texas and are among the tops in their respective fields. They include jewelry designers Daniel and Linda Baker of Dallas, sculptor John Bennett from Fredericksburg, potter and metalsmith Roy Brown of Ballinger, jeweler Randy Bryant from Midland, metal sculptor Janice Clark of Garland, Abilene photographer John English, watercolorist Melanie Fain from Boerne, painter Manuel Franco from Dumas, fiber artist Valery Guignon of Dallas, woodblock printer Darrell Howard from Austin, Seminole sculptor and painter Jammey Huggins, jeweler Gail Kincaid from Austin, wood turner and designer Curtis Laudermilk of Bryan, Benito Loera, a furniture designer from San Marcos, painters Edith Maskey and John Maskey from Comfort, Odessa painter Steve Napper, potter Linda Nowell from New Braunfels, Corpus Christi painter William Smith, jewelry designers Denise and Diana Steinhagen from San Marcos, Wimberly jeweler Fred Stockbauer, metal sculptor Gary Thompson of Dripping Springs, and woodburner Kathleen Wilson from Johnson City. The Y.O. Ranch Resort Hotel is located at 2033 Sidney Baker (Hwy 16), ½ mile from exit 508 off I-10, on the southwest corner of Sidney Baker and Hwy 534.
