With the reopening of Louise Hayes Park in downtown Kerrville, Bank of the Hills proudly resumes 2nd Sunday Summer Serenade, a free summer concert in the park. This year's only concert will feature the United States Air Force Band of the West starting at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2015. The concert is free to the public and concert goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets for your listening enjoyment.
