The basics of Yoga will be covered in this six week beginner series. Each class will build on the last. There are ways to modify almost any yoga posture to accommodate most common human ailments such as arthritis or back problems. Yoga may even help many people to improve these conditions. Each student will progress as they are ready. Upon completing the 6 weeks, you will be able to practice yoga on your own or move into one of the All level classes.
Yoga can be added to existing exercise routines to increase strength, flexibility and stamina. No prior Yoga experience is necessary, just a desire to be healthier!.
