29th Annual Circle of Service, Benefitting  The Salvation Army of Kerrville. Silent Auction, Harbor Light Choir, Dinner, Divisional Brass Band.  This year our special guest speaker is the first woman chaplain commissioned by the United States Air Force, Major General Lorraine Potter.
