Kerrville Hills Winery is the proud sponsor of the Outdoor Painters' Event Opening Reception. Watch as artists paint downtown sights and stay for the conversation, wine, and awards inside (and outside) the Kerr Arts and Cultural Center.  Come at 5 to watch the artists paint and join the downtown block party.  The reception starts at 6:30 at KACC.
