Parents looking for a safe and free Halloween activity for children 11 and younger are invited to bring them to Schreiner University’s annual Fright Night from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30.
Fright night will be held in the campus commons between the Schreiner Diner and the Floyd and Kathleen Cailloux Campus Activity Center. Parking is available on the west side of the Cailloux Center. The annual event is sponsored by the university’s Student Activities Board, various student organizations and Chartwells. There will be games, fun activities and refreshments for the entire family. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside the Cailloux Campus Activity Center.
“This is a fun outdoor festival for families,” says Mason Wilks, SAB executive member. “It’s a great opportunity to meet members of the Schreiner community who will be providing entertainment for the kids.”
