Administrative Coordinator
Part-time • 20 hours per week • Kerrville, Texas
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00

We are seeking a warm, collaborative, creative, and dependable Coordinator to work closely with our Minister and volunteers in supporting the church office, communications, Sunday services, and other activities.
What you will do
- Work with the Minister and key volunteers to prepare newsletters, bulletins, and Sunday service materials; collaborate to ensure the website, calendar, and social media are up to date.
- Welcome members and visitors, respond to inquiries, maintain contact records, and work with volunteers on visitor follow-up and congregational connection.
- Work closely with volunteer leaders and committees to coordinate assignments, share schedules and reminders, connect people with opportunities to serve, and recognize volunteer contributions.
- Coordinate Sunday materials and logistics with speakers and musicians.
- Directly manage registrations and maintain attendance and participation records for services, classes, workshops, and events; provide basic participation reports.
- Handle routine office administration and document routing; work with volunteers and facilitators on event publicity, calendars, and facility-use coordination.
What we are looking for
Excellent people, writing, organization, and follow-through skills; computer skills, social media, and a willingness and ability to learn. Experience with newsletters, and basic website updates, church, nonprofit, administrative, or volunteer coordination experience are also a plus.
