Cartewheels Catering to Celebrate 25 years in the Texas Hill Country!

Kerrville, Texas, 8/18/2014- Cartewheels Catering will celebrate their 25th anniversary this Friday, August 22, 2014 with an exclusive Tasting Event to showcase Local Hill Country Farm to Table Fare.  Cartewheels Catering, in collaboration with Viridian Design Studio will create a one of a kind event to thank family, friends, clients, and vendors for their support throughout the years.

Chef Debby Stein originally came to the Texas Hill Country as a private chef in 1987. Cartewheels Catering was established in 1989 to bring her vision of creative upscale catering to the Hill Country.  Debby outfitted a warehouse in Old Ingram Loop with a full commercial kitchen and began their first job with a 200 person event at Cowboy Artist Museum (now the Museum of Western Art). Debby recalls a few key employees and life long friends helping her make the event a success!

Cartewheels’ commitment to impeccable service, design, and “Delighting the Palate of the Hill Country,” keeps them busy, especially during wedding season. Chef Debby Stein said she attributes their success to the relationships they have built and their mission to remain relevant through trend-setting and signature presentations.  Each event is evidence of Chef Debby Stein’s passion for quality and eye for design.

Cartewheels Provisions is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11am-2pm and features their signature Cranberry Nut Chicken Salad on housemade foccacia bread, along with daily soups and specials.  Cartewheels’ Gourmet-To-Go division is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm featuring ready to heat casseroles, entrees and signature desserts.
