2015 Event Info

Date: The Festival takes place on June 6-7, 2015 on Peterson Plaza in Kerrville, Texas. Festival hours are 10 am- 5 pm.

Free event: The Festival is free to the public for all to experience and enjoy!

Beneficiary: The 2015 Festival will benefit the Schreiner Mansion. The funds from the event will be used to build a wheelchair accessible elevator in the Mansion. The Mansion is also on Peterson Plaza and will be open for tours during the Festival.

Weather: The event will be held, rain or shine.

First Aid: There will be a first aid tent onsite for assistance and the Peterson Regional Medical Center is one mile away in the event of an emergency.

Maps and Information: Programs will be available at all entrances to the Festival.

Food and Beverages: There will be food vendors on site and several restaurants in downtown area that are within walking distance. We ask that attendees not bring glass containers onsite.

Lost Children: For assistance with lost children please go to the Volunteer Tent and please notify event staff immediately.

Lost & Found: Found items that are turned in will be secured at the Volunteer Tent. Please check there if you have lost a possession.

Pets: We love dogs! You are more than welcome to bring your pet; however it must be on a leash and comfortable in large crowds. If your dog presents a safety issue you may be asked to leave the event and return without your four-legged friend.

Rest Rooms: Portable toilets will be located onsite.

Parking: Street parking is available outside of Festival grounds, and in the City Parking Garage next door to Peterson Plaza. Valet parking will be available for a fee. Disabled parking places are located in various areas including the valet parking area.

ATM Machines: Cash machines are within is short walking distance throughout the down town Kerrville area.

For the safety and enjoyment of all Festival attendees, please observe the following rules:

  • Smoking is not permitted inside any structure or in any seating area on the Festival grounds.
  • The riding of skateboards, bikes, or use of roller blades or roller shoes within the site is prohibited.
  • All packages and bag packs and purses are subject to search
