Silver Saddle Auction Company, located at 2104 Memorial Boulevard, next to MG Building Materials will be celebrating their one year anniversary with a Kerrville Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting at 2:30 PM and an auction preview and reception to follow until 6PM.  Silver Saddle invites the public to come celebrate and take a look around!  The auction preview allows everyone an opportunity to view 300+ items that will be featured in the LIVE and online auction the next day, Saturday, August 16, 2014, starting at 1:00 PM.
Silver Saddle Auction Company was founded on the promise of putting the fun and mutual profitability back into auctions to help drive new traffic and revenue to the Texas Hill Country.
The Hill Country has a draw of visitors all its own but could always use more!  Auctions have always been a favorite past time for the founder of Silver Saddle, Mike Kropp.  When Silver Saddle Auction Company had finally come to fruition Mike had earned his Texas Auctioneer's License from the Texas Auctioneer Academy.  There was no stopping that posse from roping the auction scene the auction scene and creating a fun, friendly and exciting venue for the locals and tourists alike.
Mike along with his wife Joyce, have lived in Kerrville for over thirty years.  During that time Mike, with the support of his wife and daughters, built a successful insurance agency servicing the surrounding Hill Country and abroad.
Silver Saddle Auction Company is located on Memorial Blvd., where Whelan Plumbing Co. of Kerrville was housed.  The multiple warehouses and space fit our needs and enabled us to house multiple lots of various goods for online and LIVE AUCTIONS!
Silver Saddle Auction is always seeking quality consignments to be included in our online and LIVE auctions.  Please send descriptions and pictures of your potential auction items to info@dilversaddleauction.com or make an appointment with our staff.
Your items will be evaluated based on the current market conditions and the proper venue for sale.  Prior to inclusion in a cataloged auction, each lot is researched and photographed; a high and low estimate is established based upon historic auction records.  A required opening bid of at least half of the researched low estimate is put in place before auction.
